Re-shipping of purchased products
If the customer has reported that the codes were not delivered, you can resend them to another email address.
Log in to the system and go to the details of the selected transaction in the Customers / transactions tab. From the right menu, select Send codes again. Select the codes to be sent and enter the recipient's email address.
Purchased products can also be viewed on the status page of the transaction to which the link is sent immediately after purchase.
