Complaint system

If the code is not working, the customer can file a complaint with the claiming system.      A unique link to a complaint is sent along with a code message. Access to the system is also possible with the status of the transaction status page.

If you do not want to use the complaint system, you can disable it under the Customers / Sales / settings tab.

You can find active complaints under the Customers / Complaints / Complaints tab.
